What Price would you pay?

Frank had spent his life daydreaming of being the hero but had always settled for the ordinary. Now in failing health, he believed his chances were all behind him. Then came the crushing pain and a blinding white light but instead of Heaven, he awoke to find himself sprawled on a steel deck deep in the bowels of a ship with his head busted open. Where was he? And how had he gotten there?
